A shot showing the current condition of the Pick-up's interior.  The cab is equipped with a long bench seat and, to increase the flow of fresh air through the cab, the two front windcreens actually hinge outwards (called safari windows).  The gear lever is straight (hawk eyed surfers may actually make out its presence in the photo), unlike the long bent shifter on later splits. There is no petrol gauge but a reserve fuel tank can be opened using a knob located just below the front seats.
